Pros

Everyone was friendly, my team members were nice.

Cons

No training, and lots of layoffs. Within two months I was laid off, after leaving a job I was happy with to come to Cartera Commerce because I thought it would be a great opportunity.

Clearly, these recent reviews are trying to expediently improve Cartera's rating, but you can't polish a turd.

Pros

- The people are really great and understand we are all on a life boat together.

Cons

- Horrible communication across the entire company, no one ever knows what's going on. Ever. - Upper management clearly has no idea what it takes to run a company. - Numerous employee cut backs severely effects moral, and after every cut remaining employees are promised "this is the last one". Yet, the cuts still continue. - Outdated mall platforms look like they were made in 1994 and the company can't figure out why they are unprofitable. - The list goes on, in summation one word describes this company: SLOPPY.
