Pros

The pay is good for the type of work performed. In addition, tuition reimbursement is available. Quarterly bonuses and health benefits are great. In addition, Cascade does not discriminate against formerly incarcerated persons and provides an opportunity for advancement regardless of race, gender, ethnicity or past mistakes.

Cons

Too much focus on DEI training and not enough focus on actual job related skills.
