Some of the people are great

Cons

They won't value you. Your contributions are meaningless. Your expertise is meaningless. At the same time, they'll regularly ask you to work overtime. Super egotistical top leadership.

Great company to work for

Pros

Nice management team, great atmosphere (i.e. pool table in the middle of the office). The company has been growing quickly over the past few years so there's been a lot of change (big office move from the east end of the city to Nepean) but also a lot of opportunity. Friday afternoons off in summer. No micromanagement. The company will pay for courses to improve your job related skills. Great place to work.

Cons

Some minor growing pains now and then, but can't think of anything serious enough to be a con.
