Pros

Company invests in people who are talented and have passion, lots of great paid training and learning opportunities for those willing to embark down that road Generally good technology stack, always interesting projects and challenges to work on People are generally very helpful and co-operative. Most of the staff in senior technical and development positions are extremely knowledgeable and willing to assist

No RRSP matching Some delivery/business processes need serious improvements

Incentives are also always being considered for the team, and we try to implement new ones as often as we can! While we currently do not have RRSP matching, we hope you have enjoyed our other benefits like remote working, summer half day Fridays, our employer-paid benefit and training programs, team lunches, and home office reimbursements!

What a shame to see the neg. posts on a really good company to work for.

Pros

This is a great company to work, hours are great especially in the summer. Management were always fair they don’t expect your blood just expect you to be honest and hardworking. Great atmosphere. Fun being successful.

Cons

The management are committed and focused and sometimes forget what it’s like to be in the trenches.

We try hard to grow our management team from our existing team because they know what its like to be a part of the day to day grind, and will continue to encourage them to jump into the trenches with their teams when needed.
