Half Friday during summer time most co-workers are nice

Cons

Salary is way below average for developers. Tight deadlines, and if you do not work fast, this is not the right place for you. I have seen too many people left the company either because they got fired or they found a better place. A lot of junior developers and basically no senior developers, most people left after they gain 1- 2 years experience.

Worst place I've ever worked

Pros

Good camaraderie among developers. Great restaurants nearby. Half day Fridays during the summer (Unless your project is critically behind which it most often is)

Cons

Project/Delivery managers are beyond incompetent and have no technical skills. When I worked there, a bad review popped up on here and the company went into lockdown trying to figure out who wrote it. They were more concerned with their public image than they were of addressing the concerns of their employees. Just look at their responses to the bad reviews, they're clearly out of touch. Overtime is a near constant due to project mismanagement at every level. Overtime also goes unpaid.
