Result being employees being given work well beyond what the equipment and personnel are capable of handling, and management being oblivious to that fact. Communication on the division level at least being non-existent., Management treats every tiny thing as if it were some major corporate secret, resulting in employees learning of major coming changed from outside parties involved, and management denying knowledge until the last second.
