-I've yet to come across someone who is not thrilled to be a part of the company and its culture. Full of great people -They cater to employees needs first and is not your typical top down approach - Incredibly autonomous and pay is great -As big of a company as it is, it still has a major family feel -Stock Purchase program/options and profit sharing are great benefits -Company Vehicle
