Pros

Home Office allowed a large degree of autonomy when managing the facility and provided the necessary support from their team.

Cons

Financial goals, budgets, forecasts were met and exceeded. Moral and spirit amongst the team was increasingly positive and upbeat. Unfortunately, the allegiance of HO is not with their team or its successes, rather with the word of the contracts author- tough game to play.

The pay is good. The commute is close.

Cons

Everything else. They don't value their employees at all. They feel they can replace anyone at anytime and definitely will... WITHOUT NOTICE!!! I've seen MANY past employees get blindsided for no real reason and either lose their job or keep them and make their days miserable.

Unstable management, need to start over, need to recognize those that actually work, and get those that sit in heavy equipment with their weed gone. Guess the mentality is until someone gets seriously hurt, or worse-dead, then they'll do something! Could've been a good place to work, if the place worked....wonder if John Casella is aware these issues???
