I made some good friends, had some good times, and shared some good laughs.

Cons

Corporate management and regional management is very rude and disrespectful. Managers fail to provide any direction, guidance, or leadership. Any issues that arise involves numerous conference calls with your manager, their manager, their managers manager etc. etc. Which results in calls with a dozen people all talking over each other and the majority of them not knowing anything about what is going on. They don't empower people to do their job and make decisions on their own. However when things go wrong they are very quick to point the finger.

Pros

You will get a paycheck and the benefits are average. There are a handful of good, honest, hard working people there.

Cons

The company is totally mismanaged and is operated in a manner that is irresponsible to the shareholders. Annual salary adjustments and performance reviews are basically non existent. The company is always looking for the next big thing that is going to make them successful and it always ends up being a failure. Promotions are based on who you know not what you know. On top of all this, the company's safety program is a joke, it looks good on paper that's about it.

I was paid decent but not for what I did as it was FAR more stressful than working for Waste Management, Inc.

Cons

Very rude upper management. They think they know everything when they all should just be replaced. Horrible decision making and they very much favor Operation staff over the Account and Controllers. Terrible place to be a Division Controller. You give your all and they crap all over you.
