Horrible and Very Rude Management

I was paid decent but not for what I did as it was FAR more stressful than working for Waste Management, Inc.

Cons

Very rude upper management. They think they know everything when they all should just be replaced. Horrible decision making and they very much favor Operation staff over the Account and Controllers. Terrible place to be a Division Controller. You give your all and they crap all over you.

It is very simple. A trained ape could do this job. Boss buys lunch on Fridays. Not much else to note

Cons

Nobody comes to work. Ever. "Working from home" is frequent, but none of these people can ever be reached. No one respects my coworker and I because we are younger. Making the bare minimum and doing someone else's job who is salaried with benefits for no reason. Wasteful if you ask me.
