Pros

The company offers flexible work schedules, work from home options, and generous 403b match. The people are great to work with and everyone works hard to improve the care and experience for our clients.

Cons

Strategy of the company sometimes is pulled in different directions by various leaders but this has been improving.

Still getting paid even tho I am not as productive as before

Every conversation goes in circles. I really don't think they actually want to do their jobs.
