Pros

Most employees are well compensated

Cons

Leadership doesn't trust it's managers to make decisions. Everything has to be approved by CEO and therefore there is a backlog and decisions are not made timely.

Big changes over the years

Pros

Lots of great collaboration between teams and other departments and companies. Never a dull moment. Company-wide communication is good. Lots of employee resources available and a real commitment to improving equity.

Cons

Sometimes hard to see the big picture and where the executive are in their road maps but it's been improving a lot.
