Company has been changing too much throughout the past few years. Lost a lot of good staff and have not been focused on our company mission.

The kids were the best part of working at the company

Cons

The low staffing made it awful. Schedule was always changing and mostly worked overtime. Would have to travel to other sites to help and disrupts the consistency of building trust and relationship with the children.
