Pros

I feel like I have my co-workers and managers cheering (and helping) for my success. I don't have to worry about people throwing me under the bus, we work a team to help each other. The entire management team has be very approachable, open to ideas and dedicated continuous improvement. The company provides many opportunities for team building such as lunches, after work outings and Friday social hour. As far as the product, this is one of the easiest software packages in supply chain to use. The user interface is easy to understand and the support web pages have a lot of great information.

Cons

The pay is a bit on the low side but the benefits are good. I think the internal training needs to be more formalized especially on boarding. The support pages should have a regular review to make sure they reflect the latest or very current versions of the software.

Pros

The people are great - it feels more like family. We work hard and play hard. The company has been making a lot of improvements, especially with the new CEO; employee pay, benefits, and overall accountability seems to be on an upswing. Performance expectations are high, and there is opportunity for learning and advancement. Management is approachable and open to change.

Cons

SalesPad is still on the low end of the marketplace in terms of salary and benefits. Hopefully this will change over the next few years so the company is able to hire and retain strong employees, and move away from the practice of hiring people on the cheap, spending time training them, and then having to fire them when they don't meet standards.
