      Pros

      Small community hospital feeling, you will come to know everyone in the hospital over time, good cafeteria, good benefits like health insurance and tuition assistance

      Cons

      Staffing- units try to staff minimally due to budget pressure, managers won't advocate for their staff in this respect, some units are better than others as units who make more money have bigger budgets

      Pros

      They're one of the largest employer's in the area.

      Cons

      Staff was very dismissive and even punitive towards clients with cognitive issues or ones having poor mental health days that were struggling to make appointments. Some would outright refuse to use patient's preferred pronouns. Management would dismiss concerns regarding patient safety.
