      A great place to work, mostly

      Compensation Flexible scheduling Competent and effective management Work is interesting and meaningful

      Cons

      Business is highly cyclical, many peaks and valleys Future of the business is uncertain, now owned by venture capitalists since splitting off from MDS and will likely be bought out by a competitor in the next few years. No 401k match (zero) in 2010 and 2011 and so far no sign of one in 2012
