Short sighted company with a weak senior level management (there are no leaders at Celerion) team!

Pros

Decent pay from a company with a deep history. On paper appears to offer a lot to their clients.

Cons

The executive management team was too concerned about protecting their "image" because the company was in the process of being sold. They are good at basic clinical research but have too many legacy people that are unwilling to change and advance new lines of services.

Pros

Place is not like any other place I've worked at. I work in the Customer service dept as a Study Participant Rep. The managers are very good at there job and take it seriously. The job is not stressful and for the pay is well worth the work load. There are those days when the job get hard, but other than that good work environment.

Cons

Resources are nothing compared to my previous jobs, cubicles are too small and chairs need to be replaced. Computer software is out of date, but everything is there to get the job done.
