They have good Culture and growth opportunities.

Cons

Overworked, too many hours and not paid fairly for how much work you have. Management favorites employees and they don’t show you appreciation for the amount of work that you do for the research trials.

Thank you for taking the time to post. We have recently implemented some changes within the Study Management team with the introduction of a new position - Clinical Study Coordinator. This hourly paid position will handle a number of the on site duties traditionally managed by a Study Manager. This will allow the Study Manager to focus more on external/client facing strategic tasks. In addition, we feel this split will provide a more even work/life balance for both roles. You can take breaks when you need to, if you have time...you are responsible for getting the work done-so you might not get a break if it is busy and you want to go home.

Cons

HR doesn't deal with problems like bullies and actually rewards them if they give a good story.
