Benefits aren't that great and it's competitive. Sometimes your busy and sometime your not.

Loved the Job but the management sucks if you aren't full time

Interesting job, when it's busy--it's BUSY. Clinic employees are all great, and have each other's backs, the training is great, good pay.

Cons

The slow season means you will likely work less that 5 hours a week, during the busy season you can get 12 hour days with no breaks, scheduling sucks (you may get scheduled to clock out at 11pm and 5 am the next morning). The management doesn't care about you or your well being unless you are a benefited employee,
