It's a nice entry level position, directly out of college. It is definitely not a career company for the majority of the employees.

Cons

Wages are not competitive and do not offer much, if any, opportunity to advance. Turnover rate is very high as employees can find a higher paying job almost anywhere. Part-time variable status is their way of saying we can't and won't offer you benefits.

The opportunity to create memories with the clinical associates. Most of the people hired into this entry-level position are authentic which fosters unity and purpose. Unfortunately, they also are the most prone to being overseen, disregarded, and underappreciated.

Cons

Many people would be unsatisfied with the pay, however I believe no amount of increase would be worth the dehumanizing culture and inevitable toxic workplace. A true toxic workplace environment brings a health risk, which is proven true if opting to work for this company. There presents a level of microaggressions in every discriminatory category (agism, racism, sexism) with the exclusion of religion. You will be employed for you labor, however unsupported, unacknowledged, and unfortunately disregarded in all aspects. Allow yourself payment for your time, not your dignity, integrity alongside it.

Opportunity to move into new roles and learn new things

Cons

Employees concerns are dismissed. A hostile work environment is ignored. Employees are disrespectful, unprofessional, and threaten other employee's lives and management does nothing about it. Managers do not make their teams a priority and are regularly 30+ minutes late to meetings with their team if they show up at all. They have a culture of sweeping bad behavior under the rug.
