      Poor management in bio department

      Pros

      Somewhat flexible schedule for students.

      Cons

      Poor pay at all levels. Poor communication and management within the department which lead to mistakes and additional costs to the company. Employees with high skillsets are taken advantage of and not rewarded or advanced.

      Pros

      I sadly cannot think of any.

      Cons

      Hostile work enviroment. Next to zero recognition for employees. Over worked, assigned events back to back and often overlapping, with no logical way to get it all done, and without mistakes. Manipulation of timesheets to make it look like we are busier than we are.

      Good co-workers, flexible schedule, foundation/components of a great organization are in place - need to be leveraged Neat business/field to be working in

      Cons

      Not great internal communication about company performance/goals Morale needs improvement - communication might help that Culture feels a little flat
