Thank you for your review, although Celerion continues to grow we are still a 'small' company when compared to some of our much larger competitors. This does allow us to keep a more personal approach where people do know your name. Although we have had some name changes, our history dates back over 80 years to the first clinical trials (the work we still do today) and we still maintain a large presence in Lincoln, NE where our original company was founded. Pros

- Management gives you the tools to help you succeed - Work From Home options - Good Benefits - Great Co Workers that are available to help when needed - Being involved in many different areas of the trial process including: Sponsor, Sites, Vendors and Labs. - Having the ability to work in multiple start up studies with a variety of therapeutic areas.

Cons

- Low pay compared to the industry average - Restricted to only Phase 1 and some Phase 2 trials. If you're wanting to work with later phase trials, you might look elsewhere. - Work/life balance is very difficult to maintain depending on your workload. - Restricted to only 1 or 2 EDC systems. - No holiday bonus
