Pros

While working there, the co-workers were easily the best part of this place. The work hours can be very accommodating to those who are going to school or even have second jobs. Lots of opportunities for OT. Good experience for those who want to become medical or clinical workers like phlebotomists or nurses.

Cons

Work load is intense. Prepare to be overworked if you are a go-getter. Subjects can be like herding cats. Sometimes they are outright rude and un-cooperative. Upper management is a pain to deal with sometimes. Policies don't reflect required changes to assist the staff. Turn-over rate is insane.
