Pros

Great opportunities for experience in the early clinical research field. Position has a very wide range of responsibilities ranging from Biomedical equipment maintenance, maintaining vendor relations and responding to high level audits

Cons

Very little departmental support. Heavy workload dealing with critical systems. Salary does not encourage a long term commitment to this position.

Has lots of different jobs and skills to integrate with future scientific or medical work.

Cons

Early morning hours may be it but also sometimes not having any spots to fill in more time schedule.
