Thank you for your post. We were pleased to read you enjoyed your time with Celerion. A number of employees do appreciate the flexibility that some of our jobs offer, although others would prefer some more predictability...and we have jobs that offer that too! Thank you again for posting . Andrew Stringer - Exec. Dir, Global Human Resources

Pros

Reasonably flexible, good training program, seem to prefer hiring from within

Cons

Sometimes upper management changes things without consulting the employees it affects, which causes unforeseen consequences that would have been spotted by someone who actually has to do the work

Thank you for your comments and the 4* review. Your comment on hiring from within is accurate. We do actively promote a large number of employees within Celerion (over 100 in 2018), and we believe it allows us to provide a career path for those employees looking to advance. To balance this, we also like to hire external candidates too as they bring different experiences, approaches & ideas into the company. Andrew Stringer - Exec. Dir, Global Human Resources

Thank you for your post. I was pleased to read that you enjoy your coworkers and the work environment. As a current employee if you have concerns about communication or mobility within the department, I would encourage you to reach out and discuss the topic with your manager. Overall, we do have a significant amount of employee movement either within or across our lines of business. So far this year we have had more than 100 employees move into new positions within Celerion. Once again, thank you for taking the time to post. Andrew Stringer - Exec. Dir , Global Human Resources
