Reasonably flexible, good training program, seem to prefer hiring from within

Cons

Sometimes upper management changes things without consulting the employees it affects, which causes unforeseen consequences that would have been spotted by someone who actually has to do the work

We do actively promote a large number of employees within Celerion (over 100 in 2018), and we believe it allows us to provide a career path for those employees looking to advance.
