      You have a good work/life balance. Hours are good so you have time to spend with family.

      Commisions have decreased almost 30%, terrible benefits, no pay time off, no holiday pay, no hourly pay

      As an office assistant, I get pretty good benefits and fair pay. There is no structure for upward growth, not a career.

      Good benefits, fair pay, small staff, close relationships, 9-5, kind managers, fun. Overall, a very good job to have.

      Cons

      No upward growth structure for back office staff, hard to make a career, few challenges unless you are reassigned to another task, no domestic partner benefits
