Nice working environment, very fluid job landscape

Pros

Amazing office. Nice work-life balance. Great team. Enjoyed every work event/happy hour. Everything but the job of sales/BDRs is positive.

Cons

Very tough for a BDR, explaining process mining/Celonis was made out to be much easier during training. Extremely tough to move around the company. High expectations for the sales team, company puts a lot of pressure for them to drive business for a software that is tough to sell to cold prospects.
