Pros

Amazing office. Nice work-life balance. Great team. Enjoyed every work event/happy hour. Everything but the job of sales/BDRs is positive.

Cons

Very tough for a BDR, explaining process mining/Celonis was made out to be much easier during training. Extremely tough to move around the company. High expectations for the sales team, company puts a lot of pressure for them to drive business for a software that is tough to sell to cold prospects.

Nice place to work as an engineer

The products of Celonis require a lot of engineering expertise and this pushes you to learn more and to grow as an engineer in order to be able to solve ever more complex problems.

Cons

Since the company grew really fast in the past years, many middle managers are not very experienced.
