Not many good things to say, am looking outside to get out of this mess

Cons

Leadership is a disaster and the constant shift in direction and programs with a product that is complex is damn near impossible, The best talent is leaving and not much is done to make day to day flow smoothly. Career progression is non-existent and entirely based on how well liked you are, to be well liked you must be a burned out workhorse.

Rich solution suite. Gartner magic quadrant leader. F1000 customer base.

Cons

Overpriced complicated products with overhyped value realization story. Customers do not need all the bells and whistles to do decent process mining. Arrogant and immature leadership. Partners do not like Celonis and actively look for alternatives.
