      Pros

      I have worked with CenCore in a variety of ways. I began as a contractor helping to bid on a contract. I was then offered an internship that led to part-time employment. The environment at CenCore is why I stay. The management is fun to work with, and they work with you to help you advance. They are really understanding of each employee's personal situation and are willing to work with you.

      Cons

      It is a contracting company, so CenCore is controlled by the contract.

      Pros

      This is a company you can have a career with. They genuinely care for each of their employees. They listen to you, value your work, and desire you to succeed. They truly understand that investing in their employees is an investment in the company itself. A great culture to work in, grateful and fortunate to work for such a great company.

      Cons

      The company is held to the government contract requirements. Sometimes those requirements are changed by the government and in turn the company needs to make the necessary changes to fulfill it. They do their best to accommodate the employee if a change is required by the government.

      Pros

      Every time I have reached out to leadership I have received answers to my questions and concerns. They were prompt and fair. In the Intel community prompt responses to questions (especially when looking for a job) are hard to find and they excelled at this. I have received everything I was promised and have enjoyed those I work around. We have all had a great experience working here.

      Cons

      Being a Government Contractor can limit the liberty CenCore can have to make promises. However, I have not been promised anything that I didn't receive.
