      Pros

      They offered a flexible workday option of 5x8hr shifts or 4x10hr shifts.

      Cons

      -Turnover rate was astounding (~50-75%/yr). Never saw anywhere near the number of disgruntled / disheartened employees out of the 5 companies I have contracted for. -Company promised greater salary to get us onboard, then changed at last minute in offer letter -Workload requirements changed on a whim without real guidance -Company made promises for prolonged employment opportunities, and then did things like move place of work to rural nowhere in a different state, so your options were to move or quit. All with extremely little/no warning.

      Pros

      Overall a great company to work for. They try to understand each employee's situation when he/she speaks up about a concern.

      Cons

      Because they are a government contractor they are controlled by a contract through the government those are not always very lenient.

      Pros

      Upper management is very flexible, works with you to get a job done. Always try to see things from every angle. Culture is based on getting things done vs. bureaucratic process.

      Cons

      Work is determined by Government contract so there is not much wiggle room as far as consistent performance is concerned, if you sign up to fill a position/responsibility it must be filled.
