Pros
Currently the best reason to work at Lash Group is because it is a stable environment in an economy that is having some tough times right now. Lash Group always seems to be hiring and it is comforting to know that your job is fairly stable. The other good thing about working at Lash Group is the health benefits. They are by far some of the best benefits I have ever received from an employer and I know that I will covered for pretty much any situation. You also have the option of having two different vision insurances which is something that is important to me.
Cons
Lash Group does not do a good job of thanking all of the employees on a regular basis. They work the employees to the bone and don't do anything to say thank you. Something that would make Lash Group a better place to work at is if they provided praise and encouragement to their employees on a regular basis. Also, even though we are supposed to be helping patients there is a major focus on the money aspect of the business. If they focsed on helping the patients the best we can then the money would come in with that.
