They make an attempt to somewhat listen to their employees. Don't expect much action though. The only other thing I can say it's nice to be able to work from home, but they has it's drawbacks.

Cons

It's a sweatshop, poor management, very political, poor pay, not consistent, lack of advancement, growth, training and the funny thing is that they talk about core values, but they don't adhere to them. They doctor things, performance metrics, reporting to appease the current situation. They set unreasonable demands based on what lie they promise to the client. They do NOT value their employees and will lie to their face.
