Pros
You do not have to work or abide by rules, dress code, etc. Here you play on internet, make personal phone calls, and socialize all day. You can bring your kids to work too. Two hour lunch breaks and coming in late is the norm. San Francisco does not drug test and you can take naps at your desk.
Cons
Hard work does not pay off. No advancement stops. Just who you know and not what you know. Managers will make up any bs excuse as to why you did not get a position. They post for jobs but slready know who they want. Very unethical with no integrity. 90% black. Whites are minority. Trashin parking lot. Nasty bathrooms and breakroom.
