Cons
The consulting side of this company will reorganize just to eliminate people that the head of the group does not like. Whoever pushes back is eliminated which seems like retaliation. This just keeps continuing because the company allows it. It is like living in a communist country that does not allow free speech. It also seems like the company is left with people who have a Pharm D and have come to the company right out of pharmacy school. There are really no people with direct Market Access Payer experience left. The best people at the company are in the sales organization and do not lead or work on the projects. Xcenda used to be so good. This new group is not up to the same status.
