Bonus payout twice a year is great. Flexibility is great. Benefits are very good.

Pros

This is a fun job - spending time on-campus talking to professors. You put in a lot of work when school is in session and especially as a newbie learning the ropes but it is a rewarding challenge. The company provides a solid work-life balance. Provides flexibility - you feel like you are running your own small business and you are accountable.

Cons

Onboard training is lacking - too much reliance on web-based modules. Remote positions are lonely - you really have to make an effort to reach out to you rco-workers.

Used to work with smart colleagues but those earning fair base and bonuses were shoved out. Benefits at one time were decent.

Too many technologies...constantly putting out tech fires.
