Great community and management and the job is fun and easy. Mon-Friday 8-4

Cons

Pay isn’t great, the industry is going downhill And they did a mass layoff of sales teams in Nov. 2019. so not sure how long the company will survive.

Senior leadership is do what I say and not what I do; unrealistic work expectations, old sales culture (needs to be seriously modernized); toxic culture; moving sales targets; low base salary for tech sales.

Great atmosphere and awesome colleagues. Very flexible working around your schedule. Rewarding helping the educational industry

Cons

Low base pay. Bonus payouts the needle is always moving and do not always get your number for the year until it is nearly the end of the year. Working on growing business but can’t be 100% where you need to end up.
