Pros

This is one of the best companies that I have ever worked for. We are a team at CSD and act as one. We have the same vision and the best people to see it through. The management is great with communication and are always there when needed. It is also a great company to build your career in.

Cons

The only downside to this job is the client cancellations. People are unpredictable and at times there can be no work, but the company is great with providing sub sessions and other hours when needed.

Pros

Love working with clients and the staff and families in the field. Wonderfully dedicated people who do care about helping make a difference for people with autism.

Cons

Really unethical business practices that go against BCBA Ethical Standards. BCBAs should not apply to this company. The Administration is far more motivated by growth and profit than they are by helping clients. It is basically a factory where the company is trying to acquire "500 new clients by the end of the year". If they did care, they would focus on the clients they already have and provide better training and support for their employees. Tremendously inefficient delivery of services. Minimal training and demonstration of appropriate ABA principles. There is no "center" for clients to come practice social skills and thus they are primarily working with a "behavior specialist" in the home. Very isolating and reinforces the exact behaviors we do not want our clients to maintain. The focus is on "biIling" rather than client care. Extremely disappointing.
