      Pros

      The team at CSD is great to work with. Everyone is friendly and open to feedback. The pay rate is great and highly competitive compared to other similar companies.

      Cons

      Oakland scheduler needs to get on top of her work. That department is not doing well for this company. Doesn't respond back within 24 hours and takes a while giving BS clients to work with. I would have stayed if I had at least 20 hours instead of 8.5.

      Pros

      CSD provides a rich learning environment and opportunities to grow with the company. If you love working with children, this is the place for you. The compensation is great, very supportive supervisors, clinical directors, and management team. Having worked at other companies, I know the changes that CSD implements are to streamline the work flow to make things easier on their employees. People who are very rigid or inflexible, tend to have a difficult time adjusting and fail to see the big picture.

      Pros

      I have learned so much at CSD. I have learned how NOT to treat your employees if you want them to last and I have learned how NOT to treat your clients if you want them to last.

      Cons

      Upper management is extremely unqualified, unprofessional and offensive. They do not respect or value their employee's talents or expertise. ALL they care about is billing and making money. This puts everyone is a stressful, awkward position, especially the families we work with. There is policy after policy made just to create loop holes for making more money and ignoring real issues that need to be addressed.
