Pros

The leadership team is highly collaborative and they strive to create a supportive environment that caters to both staff and clients. They highlight accomplishments, offer competitive salaries, and have successfully created a welcoming culture in each of the offices. I've worked in this industry for six years, and spent four of those working for another organization. After my first two months working for CSD, I realized how challenging it was to work under the administration of my previous employer. I feel very fortunate to be part of the CSD family, glad they brought me on board.

Cons

It's a shame that more of our happy employees don't post a review. Our staff retention rates for clinical management and administration is stellar.

Pros

The only positive thing I can think of are some of the behaviors specialists and supervisors I directly worked with.

Cons

Extremely insensitive, all they care is to bill for the hours so that productivity can be met. Very unethical with their decisions and the business side is the only thing that matters.

Pros

Good pay and benefits Great clinical staff

Cons

This company does not have the employees best interest. They are all about numbers and making a profit. They do not care about anything but that. Top management is a serious joke and the CEO does not know what he is doing. If you are ok with being told what to do, micro-managed and worked to the ground, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would steer clear away from this organization. They also play favorites and you have people in these top level positions who lack the leadership, personality and skill to do what they do effectively.
