Pros

The CEO of our Company is a true visionary. His passion for helping families and clients in need is transparent in all of his business decisions. He is also firmly committed to advancing the career development of our employees. This is not just a job, it is a career path for all Behavior Specialists. Our CEO is the pied piper of this industry and his vision and mission are in tune.

Cons

This is not necessarily a "con" but Behavioral Specialists should understand that this is a part time position which is perfect for college students who can advance within the Company should they desire to do so, once they attain their course of study in a related field.

I have worked with many companies throughout my career and Center for Social Dynamics is by far the best and most positive I have ever experienced. The commitment by the Company towards it's clients and employees is phenomenal.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about Center for Social Dynamics.

Good Staff, Bad handling problems

Great staff working with especially some supervisor Competitive pays Monthly meeting to catch up with events Toys are available for pick up to allow more freedoms during session

Cons

Ridiculous. I was having mistake but the company does not stand on the employee side. After being reported the suspension from work is sudden and the so called "investigation" is slow and did not even ask me for how that happened. Bad handling and always blame your fault
