- lots of options and flexibility with hours and location

Cons

- can be lonely working alone - management is always changing as the industry is not consistent - working full time hours will cause burnout but part time hours is not enough to survive

Pros

The clients and coworkers. This job is fantastic and the clients are amazing.

Cons

Management. I’ve never seen a company with such poor management than your Seattle office. Shame on you for your truly terrible communication. Shame on you for your support of your employees. Pay your employees better. Give them the support they need. No company should be this terrible and incompetent. There’s a reason you’re losing staff and clients like crazy.
