Pros

Regional Director is supportive of further development and the Clinical Leaders are eager to gain further knowledge for the best outcome for the clients. I appreciate the parent-led model to increase the parents skills

Cons

The turnover of RBT's as they are fresh out of high school or college students and some are not seeking to remain in the field.

Pros

Everyone has a growth mindset here. When there are challenges, as there are anywhere, the teams work together to find solutions. Overwhelmingly, my colleagues are helpful, empathetic, understanding and care about the work.

Cons

You have to be flexible to changes. As with any company, there is continual strive for improvement in our systems and sometimes that change is jarring.
