high turn over ageism unable to treat clients with human dignity cannot treat employees with dignity or empathy constant changing management no management training critical management style no feedback forums. no way to have discussion with equity or reasonable accommodations.

I like how my clients are personally consistent. However not the case for everybody.

Cons

Clinical team (upper supervisors) rarely answer messages. I don’t hear from them until they want to overlap. Low pay
