I enjoyed the monthly bonuses for hours worked on top of monthly requirement,

Cons

CSD became too focused on micromanaging admin tasks rather than acknowledging clinical tasks.

Benefits begin after 6 months with 30 hours of consecutive hours, first few months you’re waiting for enough client hours, need to be a subs to get more hours

Pros

love my team and the training we do. especially love our mission and helping my kiddos. Our CEO held an all-company Town Hall and was personal and transparent. I've never been part of a company where we get the full picture of what's working well and where we need to improve. Also, I sent a follow up to the CEO and my regional leader and heard back from both the same day. Impressive communication and follow-up. Shows RESPECT of the team and ENGAGED leadership.

Cons

It took me a while to get the hang of this. There is some internal resistance to change, but continually improving is what we're all about. Overall, best decision I made to join CSD.
