I have worked for a few different ABA companies during my lifetime and CSD has been by far the best one I have worked for. They have a very supportive administrative team and supervisors are always willing to help when needed!

Cons

I have not experienced any cons thus far.

Monthly Phone reimbursements twent five split into two payments Offer twenty dollar incentives for picking up sub sessions Paid Traing at minimum wage Awesome scheduling dept

Cons

Lack team work Some BCBA's are not very supportive nor do they listen to BI's concerns No compensation for cancelled appointments which happend alot You can have 30 hour on monday and on friday have as little as 2.5 hours
