Pros

Helping clients and helping them learn life skills.

Cons

Upper management is difficult to work with and not open to ideas from those working directly with clients, pay is low for the amount of work expected to do, high turnover rate for all positions, unorganized, poor training for new employees, little to no outings for clients.
