Positive working environment, large staff, free meals when you work more than three hours, which really helps the average poor college student who is always hungry lots of promotions to pick up extra hours

Cons

Central Michigan university pays their employees with food and minimum wage. If you don't have a meal plan, it is great, but if you do it is just a minimum wage job.

Tuition reimbursement (24 credits a year) makes it possible for employees to advance their education while working for CMU. The vision of the university is positive, and this gives you the possibility to work for values that you admire.

Cons

Lots of office politics, need to watch what you say and to who. People are not always recognized for their hard work.
