You will enjoy working with the patients, but the management is a diaster.

Cons

From the supervisors to the management, they don't respect, or appreciate their employment. The bias, the racism, the ill treatment towards people of different cultural backgrounds is very unbearable.

they are pathetic, I was keep asking about my performance evaluation, but no response, they keep it secret, until they fire you, if they don't like you. Management was acting wired about my religion status.... keep yourself away from this

There are too many cons to share, management is made up primarily of family and close friends, thus some unqualified individuals. Some managers should not be managers, were very degrading, no support, no career development, and very low salary based on qualifications.
