It was a little challenging with certain guest but its all worth it.

Pros

Developing experience with caring for others, the paid time off was great, met some caring and great people, and a great learning experience.

Cons

Unorganized and short staffed. Theres not much communication between clinic and residence. Clinic seemed more relaxed and a sense of superiority over resident rehab assistants.

Pros

The clinic programs for the patients really help their improvement. Structure for the patients is good.

Cons

They treat employees just like a number. If you get hurt, there is always someone else to replace you. For a company that advocates so much for individuals with brain injury, you would think they would care about their staff as well. They ask of staff to stay for an extra shift, come in on a day off, work their butts off, and then throw them away like nothing when staff can't give you as much as the company wants.

The patientsame. They are the reason I stay. But it's very hard when Management changes frequently. Not surethane how long

Cons

Well they did it again. They fire the great employees. The ones who really follow the mission of this company. They keep employees who are divisive, rude, and aggressive.
